Changsin-dong, home to Houses I, III and IV, is a neighborhood of older houses, sewing alleys and steep streets. Naksan Park, the city wall, Dongmyo and Dongdaemun are nearby, bringing Seoul's past and present into one view along with a demanding climb.

Gwanghuimun, one of the smaller gates of the Seoul City Wall, sits in front of House II, with DDP and Dongdaemun behind it. The city is exceptionally close, while the third-floor stairs and main-road noise should be considered before booking.

READ BEFORE YOU BOOK

The inconveniences matter as much as the highlights

The views come after a climb, while city access comes with stairs and street noise. Conditions that cannot be changed are never hidden in small print.

  1. Ⅰ

    The stations are about nine minutes away, including a steep final four-minute climb. This house is not recommended for heavy luggage or mobility concerns. A neighbor's television can occasionally be heard in the living room.

  2. Ⅱ

    There is no elevator, so luggage must be carried up the stairs to the third floor. Street noise is audible indoors because the house faces a main road.

  3. Ⅲ

    The route includes roughly six minutes on level ground and four minutes up a steep hill, so it is not recommended for guests with mobility concerns. It is not connected to Beds24 short-stay booking or payment; long-stay availability must be confirmed separately.

  4. Ⅳ

    The final four minutes are a steep climb. Hot-water pressure in the bathroom is somewhat low, and a neighbor's television can occasionally be heard in the living area.
