Find the details guests most often check before choosing and booking a house. Each house page includes its specific conditions.
01How steep is the hill?
The lane up to Starry House I, III and IV in Changsin-dong is one of the steepest in Seoul. It is about a 10-minute walk from the station, four of those minutes uphill. Once a booking is confirmed we send a video walking you to the front door — and if you would like to see it before booking, just message us and we will send it. Starry House II is on flat ground, one minute from the station.
02How do I book Starry House III?
House III is for long stays. Send your dates and party size to the official Instagram account @letohdoorman.
03What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 12:00.
04Can I store luggage or park?
Luggage storage is free at every house; a fee applies from the second day onward. For parking, Starry House I, III and IV have free street parking we can point you to. For Starry House II we guide you to a nearby paid lot and cover 50% of the fee, for the nights of your stay.
05What are the change, cancellation and refund terms?
Cancellation is free within 24 hours of booking or until 10 days before check-in. From less than 10 days before check-in, 50% of the total stay price is refunded. One change is allowed up to 10 days before check-in, while Airbnb bookings follow the policy shown on that listing.
